Replacement Dwelling | Great Wolford

A large family dwelling in the heart of the rural Cotswolds. The brief was to create a contemporary interior whilst retaining the charm and character of the local vernacular. The design centres around a bespoke feature staircase and gallery landing, which continues the marriage of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary materials. As well as high levels of insulation and attention to detailing to maximise air-tightness, the dwelling also benefits from a sustainable heating system in the form of a wood-pellet boiler.
