David Edwards Partnership
David Edwards Partnership is a registered architecture practice with a studio located in the village of Blackwell, to the north of Bromsgrove. With over 25 years of experience ranging from sensitive refurbishments and extensions through to large, complex new build residential architectural health care projects, we are comfortable working at both an intimate domestic scale and on large commercial projects.
We have been designing one off houses and extensions to existing houses nationwide for two decades and this now forms a significant part of our work. We undertake architectural work on all scales, ranging from unique one-off four-storey homes or bespoke small extensions.
We combine contemporary and traditional styles sensitively, but practically. Many of our projects are Listed Buildings; situated within conservation areas, difficult urban sites or Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty
Studio 27 Holdings Ltd is our parent company and has two other design led sister practices. Together with John Bradley Associates Ltd we cover areas south of Birmingham through Bromsgrove, Stratford-upon-Avon over the Cotswolds and on to Banbury. From our strategically located offices we generally provide services to clients within the confines of the M5 - M4 - M40 triangle. Although we have provided services for clients in Hereford, Ludlow, Oswestry, Windsor, Datchet and in Halford Passage in Cornwall.
Inclusive Design is a sister company that predominantly undertakes projects on behalf of disabled clients. We operate over the same areas as David Edwards Partnership and JBA Ltd, but are usually refereed by grant funding agencies. The North Worcestershire Care and Repair Agency is one of our major referrers. Additionally, Inclusive Design is able to offer SAP and EPC ratings to the open market.
