Dwelling Conversion | Blackwell, Bromsgrove
This project is an extensive work to what is a detached 1960’s, 4 bedroomed house, creating an enlarged contempary house. On the ground floor, the lounge, kitchen, entrance hall, garage, gym, and utility, are entended. At first floor, extensions are implemented to each of the 4 bedrooms to provide en-suites, bathrooms and landing. A existing roof void is converted to a snug accessed via a ground floor gym/shower room.
New dormers are introduced to the front elevation. External materials are upgraded using a mixture of render, hardwood cladding. A large, almost full balcony, with closed ends, is created on the rear elevation overlooking the rear garden.
A new front wall and gate is provided, between existing trees, set well back from the highway.
